4. Coverage & International Shipping

We ship to all major pincodes within India. International shipping is also available! Please note that international orders will incur extra delivery charges and require additional transit time depending on the destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

1. No Return or Exchange

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, we will rectify the issue.

Mandatory Requirement: An unedited opening video of the package is mandatory to claim any damage or missing item.
Reporting Timeline: You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone.
Claims without a valid opening video will not be accepted.
